Position: QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manages and direct the activities of the Quality Control Department
2. Directs QC personnel to the strict compliance of Quality Control’s quality systems procedure according to the implementation of ISO 9001:2008
3. Directs the strict compliance to follow the required specifications, correct measurement, weight and procedural inspection and testing
4. Responsible to attain the right product specification and acceptance criteria for products
5. Fully responsible that customers required specifications are fully and rightfully met and ensures that the products conform to the generally accepted quality standard
6. Responsible to the rejection of under-standard finished products and directs disposition to the consequences of the result of his quality control approval
7. Directs QC personnel to enhance their skills about product quality awareness to easily and readily identify the non-conforming products as against the good products.
8. Directly responsible to the General Manager
Qualification: License Chemical Engineer/ College level or equivalent
Work Experience: 10 years and above
