Atleast 8 years experience (5 years overseas)
Design, Estimation and Installation and commissioning for HVAC System
Responsible for all HVAC Projects (EPC)
Tenders and Quotation management, project costing, contract planning and management. Sucessful execution of contracts.
Functions will include planning and organizing of department, staffing, controlling, customer relationship, management, quality assurance and quality control.
Mobilization of resources in order to maximize efficiency and sustainability at all levels.
Work closely in co-ordination with Finance Department and recieve suggestions and finance point of view in order to achieve efficient fund management and profitability.
Management of maintenance contracts for HVAC projects.
Establishement of quality management system, ISO Certification and Management.
Preparation of submission of monthly project reports, manpower performance report every year, review and report financial performance, report of business forecast and any other repor that needs to submitted to be submitted to management.
