POSITION: Design Manager
DEPARTMENT: Project Development
To provide detailed design information for the construction Purposes, enabling projects to be completed within programme, budget and specification requirements.
To ensure good relationships with Main Contractors, Consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
To obtain quotations from Consultants, sub -contractors and suppliers as appropriate.
To lead the design process and collation of design information.
To actively research and advise upon alternative construction
processes.
To actively participate with the project team to the benefit of each project.
To assist Estimators, tender coordinators in preparing tendering documents, as Requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture is Preferred
10 years experience in similar organization.
