Recognition Of Outstanding Performance
Initially conceptualized in 1984, the agency performance award
has been an annual activity of the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration, to honor the exceptional performance of licensed agencies in
the overseas recruitment industry.
The evaluation of performance for the Top Performer Award and Award of
Excellence, covering the period July 1997 to June 1998 considered the agencies
volume of deployment, track record of recruitment violation and welfare cases,
technical capability, foreign exchange earnings, welfare and allied services
maintained. Candidates for Award of Excellence were afforded higher premium on
maintenance of high deployment record since they have already proven their
worth, having been Top Performer Awardee for three years.
International Skill Development, Inc. again for its continuous exemplary
achievement was given the highest award trophy, the AWARD Of EXCELLENCE by
Philippine Overseas Employment Administration for the year 1998 on January 22,
