International Skill Development, Inc. (ISD) has launched a program designated as Jobs-On-Wheels® to bring the job orders closer to the overseas job seekers throughout Luzon in close coordination with the Public Employment Services Office (PESO).

The idea apart from the mobility to participate in POEA/DOLE Jobs Fairs is to service applicants PESO would endorse and who are unable to come to Manila for lack of financial capability. This service in line with government’s employment generation program is to provide job opportunities to applicants of reachable provincial and municipal PESO offices in Luzon at absolutely no cost or expense to applicants.

ISD’s Job-On-Wheels supports this government in promoting legal and gainful overseas employment.

Jobs-On-Wheels® is a mobile office equipped with traditional office machines and equipment like photocopier machine, printer, and computer with internet capability (PLDT WEROAM™). Applicants can fill up ISD’s On-Line Application in its website http://www.isdphilippines.com using its mobile computer. ISD’s field officers can access the office network in search of the latest job orders and other information necessary to accomplish their assignment in bringing ISD services closer to the applicants free of charge.

Interviews can be conducted inside the mobile office with the use of state of the art on line Interviewer’s Assessment Sheet hooked up with our central computer located at the main office. This is of course under the approval and supervision of PESO authorities in the towns or municipalities that we are going to visit.
